δemon includes the essential Sentiment Analysis and Opinion Extraction tools utilized to uncover and measure key aspects (attitudes, opinions, likes, shares etc.) for any business.
Through the development of a comprehensive Greek language lexicon and relevant state-of-the-art techniques and algorithms, mSensis aims to analyze every possible meaning behind each word, identifying behavioral data.
The abovementioned tools integrated to mSensis’ powerful portfolio of services, such as the Mobile Marketing Platform, Mobile Self Care, Social Networking or our Recommendations System Platform, will enable to boost its marketing technologies solutions and greatly enhance customer engagement.
